HOW TO ORDER FOR PATCHES
At first you need to register with our website with correct information so that we can contact you at any time we want for updates and queries. Check our pricing for custom patches available in pricing page.
Contact us for bulk order to negotiate the rate. Follow these steps.
- Login to your account, Go to orders and select payment type "Custom Patches".
- Fill out the information and attach a picture before submit. Wait for 3-24 Hours after submitting your order.
- We will digitize this design and will send you sew out picture of the product and forward you the invoice for total cost. Digitizing and Shipping is free, you will be only charged for patches based on your quantity.
- After you made payment, we will forward your design for production department to sew this out with highest quality and will forward you the expected time to deliver at your door steps.
- This whole process will that 5-7 days to be delivered at your doorsteps, You can also make it faster by paying extra fees for express mail delivery. Fast turnaround time will be 2-4 days.
HOW TO ORDER FOR EMBROIDERY DIGITIZING
You need to register for client account where you can place order, request edits, and keep your digitized files for future access. Here's how you can order embroidery digitizing via your account.
- Login to your account
- Upload your artwork in order placement area and give additional instructions; you want our digitizer to follow.
- Wait for 3-24 hours till artwork get digitized
- Review and approve digitized file
- Pay for instant download
- Repeat for placing new order
HOW TO ORDER FOR VECTOR
Register with us first to send us your file for vector conversion and follow these steps.
- Login to your account
- Go to orders
- Order type Vector Conversion
- Give us your required information and attach a picture
- Submit your order and wait for atleast 3-12 Hours to get back to you with vectored file. We will then email you to login and check your order and pay for it, you can place comment if you need any changes. You can also place edit after payment through edit section.
